The 600px Standard for Email Templates
Most email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) render email bodies in a 600-pixel wide container. Uploading 2000px wide images can cause layout breakage or slow load times on cellular connections.
Recommended Email Image Guidelines
- Max Container Width: 600 to 1200 pixels (for Retina displays)
- Max File Size: Under 200 KB per image
